Tyrone Joseph Ballard, 48, of Oak Ridge passed away Tuesday September 20, 2011 at his home.
Ty was born on February 6, 1963 in Painsville, Ohio and leaves behind his mother Faith Good. He was a graduate of Clinton High School. Ty loved to play the drums and teaching his son Thomas to play, he also loved coaching his daughter McKenzie's baseball team. His sister, Jacqi Simmons predeceased him in August of 2006.
Ty is survived by his children Thomas J. and McKenzie T. and his wife Yvonne Ballard who was his high school sweetheart. Ty is also survived by his youngest sister Yvonne Murray.
Ty was a loving father, husband, brother and son and will be missed beyond comprehension.
The family will receive friends on Saturday September 24, 2011 from 6:00 to 8:00pm at Martin Oak Ridge Funeral Home. A private graveside will be held at a later date.
