Tom Obituary

Tom "Bill Fowler passed away April 14, 2014 at National Health Care Nursing Home in Oak Ridge Tennessee. Tom was retired from O.R.N.L. as a code developer and served in the South Pacific with the United States Marines. Tom joined O.R.N. L. Nuclear Reactor Physics Division in 1953 and was a leader of the Code Development Group, Co-Authored numerous articles on code development. where he retired in 1981Tom was a great Animal and wildlife supporter and was a member of the Knoxville Track Club and ran in the Boston Marathon in 1979 As a hobby he would build guitars and was also a member of Foothills Craft Guild. Toms wishes are to be cremated and no service are planed at this time
