Tammie Renee Jackson, age 53, of Rockwood went to be with the Lord Sunday December 13, 2015 at her home.
Tammie was born April 9, 1962 in Knoxville to Richard and Janice Morrell. She was of the Baptist faith and loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed riding Harleys and singing gospel music.
Tammie is preceded in death by her father Richard Morrell, grandparents Ernest and Pearl Collins and Elmer and Pearl Miller, and her sister Wanda. She is survived by her children Sabra Jackson and Ricky Ward, grandchildren; Tray, Tori, Kayla, and Tyler all from South Carolina, mother Janice Morrell of Rockwood, brothers Clifton Morrell and his wife Christy of Kentucky and Joe Morrell and his wife Tammy of Rockwood, nieces Madison, Taylor, Abby, nephews Little Joe, Shean, Matthew, and Gabe, sister Kelly, several aunts, uncles and cousins, and special friends Loni and Trisha.
A celebration of life service will be held Saturday December 19, 2015 from 12:00 till 2:00pm ath the home of Kelly Machleit in Oak Ridge.
The family would like to thank the staff of Home Health Care and Hospice of East Tennessee and Silver Angels Group for all of the love and support given to Tammie and her family.
