Mary Edna Galloway, age 95, of Oak Ridge passed away Monday November 7, 2011 at Briarcliff Health Care.
Mrs. Galloway was born January 24, 1916 in Greenville, South Carolina to the late Oliver and Haddie Taylor Chaney. Mrs. Galloway had moved to Oak Ridge in 1944 and was a member of the First Baptist Church. Mrs. Galloway was a homemaker and loved spending time with her family.
She is survived by her daughter LeJeune Galloway Bass, two granddaughters Deborah Sam and Cheryl Bass, and three great grandchildren Tristan Young, Treye Davis II, and Gregory Colter III. A private graveside service was held Wednesday November 16, 2011 at Woodhaven Memorial Gardens
