Lora Van Seay age 65 is in the care of Martin Oak Ridge Funeral Home. Lora passed away September 29, 2018 at her home in Oak Ridge. Lora was born February 20, 1953 in Morristown, Tennessee to Fred Kimbrough and Lilly Mae Williams Kimbrough. She was a homemaker and a member of West Village Christian Church in Oak Ridge. Lora is survived by her husband Robert Seay, son Dwayne P. Williams and wife Melissa. sister Liddie Hand, and granddaughter Layla Williams. And many other family and friends.
Visitation with the family will be Tuesday October 02, 2018 from 5-6pm at the West Village Christian Church 637 Robertsville road in Oak Ridge with a memorial service at 6pm with pastor Lloyd Johnson officiating. Expressions of love in lieu of flowers to be made to West Village Christian Church
