Franklin H. (Frank) Maggard age 58 of Clinton, Tennessee, formerly of Powell, Tennessee passed away April 20, 2016 at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge. Frank was born June 13, 1957 in Dayton, Ohio to Victor Maggard and Lorraine Boggs Maggard. Frank was preceded in death by his father Victor H. Maggard and is survived by his wife Becky Maggard of 26 years, his mother Lorraine Boggs Maggard of Kentucky, 3 children, Daniel Maggard, Kristy Holtzman and Bryon Maggard as well as 5 grandchildren 1 brother 3 sisters and countless nieces and nephews. Frank was employed by Chucks Car Care in Oak Ridge and formerly by Frank's Place Auto Repair and Ralph's Auto Care. He also served our country in the United States Air force and was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles 2514 and the Anderson County Toy Run. Visitation with the family will be Sunday April 24, 2016 from 3:00 PM until 5:00Pm in the Chapel of Martin Oak Ridge Funeral Home with a celebration of Life to follow at 5:00 PM. A memory toast is to follow the celebration of life at 6:15 at the Fraternal Order of Eagles 2514 in Oak Ridge. If you ride, please ride your bike to the funeral home and in the procession following the service.
