Joanne Gailer passed away January 19 at her home. She was born January 30, 1925 in New Orleans La. to Percival and Ethel Stern. Joanne was a diversity coordinator for Union Carbide. She is survived by her daughter Nancy Cole and son Robert Levey. A memorial service will be held at a later date at the Oak Ridge Unitarian Universalist Church
