Jane Francis

Jane Francis age 88 of Oak Ridge, passed away December 14, 2015
at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge. Jane was born in Knoxville, Tn.
to John and Edna Mynatt on November 15, 1927. She retired as secretary
with Oak Ridge Public School system, after 20 years of service . Jane was
known for her love of cooking and cross stitching. Survivors include her
daughter Melinda Williams, sons, David Francis and wife Janet , Carson Francis
and wife Elna, brother David Mynatt and wife Ruth and sisters
Betty Headrick and Becky Hastings. Also survived by 12 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Jane was preceded in death by her husband John S. Francis, a brother Edward Mynatt,
and her parents John and Edna Mynatt.
Funeral services will be December 21, 2105 in the chapel of Martin Oak Ridge Funeral Home
at 1:00 pm. Visitation with the family will begin at 11:00 am and last until time of service.
Interment will be at Lynnhurst Cemetery in Knoxville Tn. immediately following the funeral service.
