Herbie was born March 13, 1945 in Albuquerque, New Mexico to Herbert M. Wolford Sr. and Edna Millard. Herbie departed this life February 20, 2017 at his home in Oak Ridge surrounded by his loving family.
A life long member of the Benevolent Protective Order of Elks #1684 in Oak Ridge Tennessee as was employed many years as an accountant with the most recent being T.G.I. Fridays.
He is survived by his wife Sandra (Sandy)K. Perry of the home, sister: Marla Gibbons of Texas, stepdaughters: Michelle Bird and husband Mark of Oak Ridge, and beloved dog RoseBud.
