Franklin Hunley

Franklin D. Hunley age 81 is in the care of Martin Oak Ridge Funeral Home. Frank passed away April 10, 2021 at Roane Medical Center. He preceded in death by his parents Helen and Lonus Hunley, brothers William and Arnold Hunley, sister Faye Nelson, daughter Sherry Prado. He is survived by his wife Carolyn Hunley, daughter and son-in-law Jennifer and Jerry Bailey, sister-in-law Pat Russell and Sue Jones , brother in-law Jack Cordle and John Russell. Frank retired from K-25 Nuclear plant after 30 years. Frank was a Christian. He enjoyed Vols football and basketball and going fishing with his buddy John Russell. Special friends C.W. Jones, Mike Freels and Tony Byrd. Visitation with the family will be Wednesday April 14, 2021 form 12 noon until 2:00 pm with a funeral service at 2:00 pm, with the Rev. Chris Reneau officiating.
