Frances East

Frances will be forever remembered by her children, Susan Hand (Russ), Carol Umstaedter (Bruce), Steve Dexter (Kay), Marie McGovern; and sister, Virginia Johnson. Frances will also be in the hearts of her grandchildren, Jennifer Marland (Scott), Katie Stamey (Zach), Kelsey Scott (Daniel), Andreea Umstaedter, Tommy Dexter, David Umstaedter (Desiree), Josh Dexter, Kade McGovern and Lauren McGovern. She was blessed with several great-grandchildren, Connor Marland, Jake Marland, Grayson, Logan, Gibson, and Avery Stamey, Aubrey Blevins, Sebastian Umstaedter, Addyson Dexter, Hailey Dexter and numerous dear friends.
