Eleanor Townsend age 86 of Oak Ridge passed away January 28, 2016 at Roane medical Center in Harriman Tennessee. She was born January 31, 1930 to Clarence and Alma Baber in Forest Virginia, who preceded her in death. Eleanor is survived by her sons Paul Townsend and Leslie Townsend, daughters Carol Evans and Susan Townsend A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
