Carolyn Ann Williams, 73, of Oak Ridge passed away November 18th, 2021 from complications of COPD at Methodist Medical Center surrounded by the love and laughter of her family.
She was born in Oak Ridge on October 8th, 1948, and delighted in growing up as the only girl among five brothers that she adored throughout her life. She married Danny Williams on November 14th, 1964, and had two sons, Chuck and John. The family spent time living in Georgia and California, but spent most of their lives together in Oak Ridge, where they hosted many boisterous gatherings of family and friends.
Carolyn enjoyed quilting, and welcomed new babies with custom quilts. She also enjoyed cooking, fishing, playing bingo, plotting mischief with friends, and spending time with family, lovingly letting them know exactly what she thought they should do.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Danny Charles Williams, father Edmund Nash Lyndon, mother Pearl Lois (Elliott) Lyndon, and brothers Edmond Davis Lyndon, Jerry Thomas Lyndon, and Ronald Elliott Lyndon.

Family will receive friends at 10 AM on Monday, November 22nd at Martin Oak Ridge Funeral Home, followed by a short service at 11, after which her remains will be laid to rest at Oak Ridge Memorial Park.
